Specially in Central and South Africa where it was created a religious(Religion Kitendi) about fashion that called "Le sapeurs".The word sape, perhaps not accidentally, also means “to dress with elegance and style” in French. The religous was started in DR Congo(former Zaire) and it had lot of followers in Africa(DR Congo,Congo,Angola,etc) and in Europe.
